The Locution staff includes a Webmaster, a coordinator, and several Editors that rotate to form three Chief Editors per issue.

James Zhao is our current lead editor. He is a student at UC Berkeley, currently considering a Political Science and Biochemistry double major. He does nothing exceptionally, but manages to fake it very well. As a starving college student, he has no spare time, but procrastinates occasionally in order to attempt prose.

Aarin Edwards is the art editor and webmaster for the Locution project, from the .com-site to the forums. Known mostly for his inability to focus and his penchant for less-than-fine brew, Aarin is tolerated on a short leash of productivity. Also a writer and novelist, he favors genre fiction and has written two novels.

Drew Reed is community manager of the Locution Project, and is a moderator of the forums and blog. He lives in Ohio where he attends college in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in History. One day, Drew swears, he will be rid of college in its entirety, where he will then go on to teach at a college as a professor. Cognitive Dissonance is lost on him.

David Leuenberger, a Locution editor, has just finished his degree in Creative Writing and English Literature and he now viciously kills his free time with teaching English as a Second Language on the one hand and by supporting this issue of Locution as an editor on the other. As far as writing goes, David writes both prose and poetry, although he favours prose – especially cyber-punk with a post-modern touch.

Dylan Mounts is an editor for the Locution project and a Creative Writing major for the Missouri State University. In lieu of other interesting facts, you can rearrange the letters in his name to spell manly donuts. He spends most of his time not writing.

Katherine Arrandale is the zine layout coordinator for the Locution project. She is a student and an aspiring writer, although she would be the first to admit that until recently this involved much more aspiration than actual writing. These days, forum contests keep her writing even in the face of procrastination, while reading and random attempts at art keep her sane.

Jeffrey Vales Kennedy is a senior member of the Locution project, having been around in some capacity since its inception. He calls most of North America home, but spends the majority of his time at the University of Toronto. His hopes and dreams lead him to believe that he will one day be a world-shattering philosopher, but the skeptic in him says he should be more humble.

Sara Williams has been involved in the Locution community since its creation, and likes to think she's been more of a help than a hindrance. Since running away to Aotearoa in an attempt to avoid the dreaded "proper job", she's around less but still does her best to keep up to date.

Michelle Baker is enticed to poetry with the merest dangling of adjective in front of her nose. She is quite surprised to find herself instructing police records specialists for a living, and writes lots of training guides. She dreams of one day finding the perfect balance between yoga and slothfulness.
